Nandu Talwalkar, member, specializes in patent prosecution and counseling. He was previously counsel at Walker Digital Corporation and associated with the law firm of Fitzpatrick, Cella, Harper & Scinto. Mr. Talwalkar has experience with many electrical, computer-related, and mechanical technologies, including microprocessor design and testing, radiation therapy systems, computer networking, digital imaging devices, electrophotographic printing, image processing, and all aspects of software systems and programming. Prior to his legal career, Mr. Talwalkar worked as an engineer at IBM developing software and electrical systems for network cards, printers and other peripheral devices. He received his B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 1992 and his J.D. from the University of Southern California Law Center in 1995, where he was a member of the moot court honors program. Mr. Talwalkar is admitted to the bar in California (not admitted in Connecticut) and is registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
