Jules Goldberg
Jules Goldberg, of counsel, has many years of experience as an intellectual property lawyer and focuses on preparation and prosecution of patents in the areas of chemical processing, chemistry and pharmaceuticals. He holds a B.S. in Chemistry from Rutgers University, and an M.S. in Chemistry from the University of South Carolina. He obtained his law degree from Seton Hall University School of Law in 1970. Before becoming a lawyer, he was a research chemist with the E.I.DuPont de Nemours & Co. He has held positions as in-house intellectual property counsel for a large corporation and for the last 35 years has been in private practice as a partner in several intellectual property law firms. He is a member of the bar of the state of New York and is admitted to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office (Not admitted in Connecticut). He is admitted to the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and the United States Supreme Court as well as numerous federal district courts and courts of appeals.
